  3. If needed, customer visits or discussions are arranged to negotiate final pricing and agree on payment terms.

  4. Following agreement, we issue a draft contract for your review and adjustments if any.
  5. You confirm the order quantity and supply the company details required to prepare a proforma invoice.
  6. Once you approve the proforma invoice, you proceed with the necessary payment instrument. This may include covering loading, inland transport, export duties, and sea freight, depending on the agreement.
  7. When payment confirmation is received, we arrange shipment. Our goal is to dispatch your goods within five to seven working days of payment confirmation.
